When eating or drinking at the Premier Mill Hotel you’re not going to be doing it alone. We like good old fashioned inn-keeping where travellers always have a chance to mix it up with the locals. The Dome Café on street level is a much loved place where people from across the district come to rest, work and play. It’s casual in nature with simple comfort-food as its fare for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between.

Dôme Café

Offering a warm and inviting space at all times of the day and with a menu that has something for everyone, there really is no place like Dôme. Situated in the heart of the old Mill, you'll be surrounded by 130 years of history. Dôme's extensive menu ranges from breakfast through dinner, snacks, great coffee and a range of decadent cakes and slices. Whether you are having a meal with the family, a bite with friends or a quiet moment to yourself, you're sure to find something to your liking.
Open from 6am to 9pm, seven days a week.

The bar occupies the basement and is artfully inserted amongst the exposed timber structure and retained mechanical components of the mills engine. Salvaged material from the ‘flour shakers’ was used for the new bar front and an organic zinc counter was fabricated for the tops that will patina with use.

The Cordial Bar

Why not enjoy an evening in our intimate cellar, sampling the best of the Great Southern Wine Region. The Cordial Bar is named in honour of F & C Piesse's aerated water and cordial business. Whilst Piesse's original recipes have long been lost, we like to think we've captured their spirit, so to speak. The Cordial Bar features an extensive, hand-picked selection of wines from the largest and most diverse wine region in Australia. An ever-changing roster of wines by the glass and bottle, paired with a carefully curated share-plate food allows you to mix and match your food and wine to suit your palate.
Complementing the food and wine menu is a range of local craft beers and spirits. We're also proud to serve a range of non-alcoholic cordials and mixers, made by hand, just like they were 120 years ago.
The Cordial Bar is open from 3pm daily.
