From when you are first greeted at our foyer in the old loading gantry you'll get a sense that you’re staying somewhere rather special. We’re a place where an 1890’s flour mill, aerated waters and cordial factory, winery and a power station come to life in a thoroughly modern boutique hotel. Our thoughtfully curated design weaves the old with the new, telling the story of the Mill and its former life.

Make your stay unique with a night inside an old grain silo, complete with exposed, rough-hewn timber walls. Choose a Packing Room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Stay in one of our Purifying Rooms with vaulted open ceilings and original machinery features. Relax and unwind in one of the Boiler Rooms, which offer a more modern, pared-back aesthetic and located in mezzanine next to a three level atrium with the mill’s original cast-iron steam boiler.   

On each level you’ll find a Guest Valet with tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary bottled water, extra pillows and towels and a well-stocked library of literary classics.
