The Boiler Rooms
In the 1800’s it was steam that powered the world. The boiling of water in a cast iron vessel to create steam pressure was the energy source for trains, ships and any major industrial endeavour such as the Premier Flour Mill. Sitting pride of place in our central atrium, our incredible steam boiler was made in Gawler, South Australia at the James Martin ironworks.
Overlooking the 127 year old steam boiler that once
powered the Mill are our Boiler Rooms. Whilst the smaller of our rooms, they are light and airy by design, feature a pared-back and a perfectly coordinated interior.
